What it is
Forged on Nidavellir by a dwarven king who was left alive specifically so he would have to watch what it did. It exists to make wielding all six stones survivable — barely, and only for a Titan. Tony Stark's nano version, improvised in a lab in six years, is the last thing he ever builds.

Adam Warlock ends up wearing it
The Infinity Gauntlet's actual resolution hands the stones to Adam Warlock, who splits them among the Infinity Watch. Warlock exists in the MCU — introduced at the end of Guardians Vol. 2 and properly in Vol. 3 — with none of that role so far.
