What it is
Ms. Marvel's first episode hands Kamala a bangle from a box her grandmother sent, and her powers follow; The Marvels finds the other one on Dar-Benn's arm and reveals what two of them do together. In the comics they are the Quantum Bands, which the films have not yet said out loud.

From the comics
Quasar's Quantum Bands
The bracelets are Quasar's in the comics — alien devices that channel the Quantum Zone and made Wendell Vaughn the universe's Protector. Kamala's origin in print is Inhuman Terrigenesis, so the bangle is a screen invention grafted onto older hardware.
