Who they are
The Incredible Hulk is a love story with a monster in it, and Betty is the reason it works — a scientist who lost the man she loved to an experiment her own father ran, and who walks towards the thing everyone else runs from. Brave New World brings her back for a single, quiet scene with her father, which the whole film has been building to.
