Who they are
WandaVision's Billy dissolves with the Hex; Agatha All Along is about where he went. Joe Locke's Teen cannot say his own name, walks the Witches' Road to find his brother, and turns out to be the most powerful witch on it. The show is a coming-out story and a resurrection story at the same time, and it is careful about which one it is being in any given scene.

Wiccan of the Young Avengers
Billy Kaplan is a founding Young Avenger and, with Hulkling, half of comics' most durable gay couple; the reveal that he and Speed are the reincarnated souls of Wanda's sons drives Children's Crusade. Later he is King of Space, and Demiurge, which the show does not get to.
