Who they are
A geneticist building a perfect species out of iterations, each discarded batch incinerated on schedule. He is the rare MCU villain with no charm and no argument, which is deliberate: Vol. 3 wants a monster whose evil is administrative, who is offended by imperfection rather than motivated by grievance.
