Who they are
Stakar's crew is a wall of 1970s Marvel deep cuts — Charlie-27, Aleta, Martinex, Mainframe — and his function in Vol. 2 is to be the man whose respect Yondu wants and cannot ask for. He gets a funeral, a reconciliation and a plan to put the old band back together, in that order.
