Who they are
Yondu spends two films as a comic threat and one scene revealing he was the father the whole time: he was paid to deliver Quill to Ego, worked out what happened to the other children, and kept him — badly, cruelly, and alive. The Ravager funeral is the franchise's most earned piece of sentiment.
