What it is

Marvel's all-purpose corporate villain: an oil, energy and retail conglomerate whose logo turns up wherever a story needs a company with lawyers and no conscience. It is the antagonist of Cloak & Dagger outright; elsewhere it is set dressing that tells you who owns the town.
