What it is
The quiet horror behind Logan: no mutant children have been born in twenty-five years because Transigen has been putting a suppressant in the food supply, and the only new mutants alive are the ones it grew from stolen DNA in a Mexico City facility. Its head of research is a scientist who thinks of both programmes as public health.
