The place itself
Capital of the Nova Empire, a functioning civilisation with a police force and a genuinely good argument for handing dangerous objects to the authorities. The Guardians leave the Power Stone in its safest vault, and Infinity War destroys it off-screen in a line of dialogue — the franchise's bluntest statement that the rules had changed.
