Who they are
Sousa is the New York bureau's decent man: underestimated for the same institutional reasons she is, and quicker than anyone to notice she is running her own case. The second season moves him to Los Angeles and gives him a desk he is not comfortable behind. He is the rare period character the franchise found a way to keep.
