Who they are
Talbot begins as pure obstruction, softens into an ally who genuinely tries, and is then put through the worst run of luck any recurring character on the show gets. Adrian Pasdar plays him as a decent bureaucrat out of his depth, which makes the last season of it hard to watch. TMDB bills the later version as "Gravitron"; the comics spell it Graviton.
