Who they are
The best scenes in Iron Man 3 are two people troubleshooting: one of them is having a panic attack and the other one is eleven. Harley is written as a peer rather than a mascot, which is why the film gives him the diagnosis Tony cannot say himself — that the mechanic is the machine.
