Who they are

Hunter is the outsider voice: ex-SAS, contract help, entirely unimpressed by the agency mystique and happy to say so at length. He is loyal to individuals rather than institutions, which makes him useful in exactly the situations institutions cannot handle. Nobody on the show gets more good lines per episode.
