Who they are

Tandy lost a father and a comfortable life on the same night an oil rig failed, and has been running short cons around New Orleans since. Her light shows her other people's hopes, which she finds mostly unbearable. She is the abrasive half of the pair and the one more willing to break something.

Runaways in Manhattan
