Who they are
Iron Man 3's twist is that its villain is an actor; the joke has outlived the film by a decade. Trevor is kidnapped by the real Ten Rings, kept as their jester, befriends a faceless creature called Morris, and by Wonder Man is back in Hollywood teaching a superpowered lead how to act. He is the franchise's most enduring small part.
