Who they are
The sequel builds him out of loneliness: a man who designed the city's grid and cannot get anyone to say hello, whose whole demand once he has the power is to be noticed. Foxx plays the before better than the after, and No Way Home gives him a second go with a design nearer the comics and a much better joke about the mask.
