What it is
Webb's Oscorp is the engine of both films and the source of everything in them: the spiders, the Lizard, Electro, the venom that Harry injects, and the special projects floor with a suit of wings in a cabinet. It is also where Peter's father worked, which is the plot the third film was going to be about.
