The place itself
A Cold War-era secret base, off every book, which Coulson inherits when the agency has nothing else left. It is the show's home set for three seasons: a hangar, a lab, a briefing table and a door that leads to whichever corridor the plot needs. Its previous owners left the Howling Commandos' filing behind.
