What it is
Schmidt's HYDRA is defeated in 1945 and Zola's HYDRA simply moves in, recruited into S.H.I.E.L.D. under Paperclip. Seventy years later Project Insight is the plan: three helicarriers, an algorithm, and twenty million pre-emptive deaths.
